Confirmation
Upon confirming both of the registration
form and payment, the Abstract & Registration Office will send
you a confirmation showing your registration number. Be sure to
retain your confirmation and present it at the Registration Desk on
the day of the symposium. Refund Policy for
Registration Fee
A written notification of cancellation must
be received from participants before a refund can be issued. A
processing fee will be deducted from the amount according to the
date the cancellation letter is received:
