VHLFA Regional Meeting

A Regional Meeting of the VHL Family Alliance will be held Saturday, June 4, 2005, 10 am - 4pm. Registration includes lunch.

The meeting will be held in the Community Conference Room at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. Cathy Clifford is planning an exciting meeting for people from Buffalo to Northern Pennsylvania. The focus will be on improving diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for people with VHL in the region.

For those who need overnight accommodations, a block of rooms is being held at the Holiday Inn Arena, at the rate of $82/night. Please call the hotel directly to make your hotel arrangements, and tell them you are attending the VHLFA meeting. Be sure to book rooms before May 4 to qualify for this rate.

Luba Djurdjinovic, M.S., Genetic Counseling Program, Binghamton, New York

 

Joyce W. Graff, Executive Director of the VHL Family Alliance, will be available to talk about the Alliance, new news in VHL research, and news from our global affiliates.

 

Melissa Savage, Genetic counseling graduate student from Pennsylvania, will talk about her thesis project on VHL, and how you can help.
