We will have our next VHL Family Alliance Regional meeting on Saturday November 8th, 2008.
Last year's event was a great success and patients and families tell me they are looking forward to the next meeting.
Tentative Agenda:
1. VHL: What’s new in molecular biology?
2. Screening studies: Are they risky?
3. How do the genetics rules impact VHL patients?
4. Endocrinology and VHL
5. Updates on minimally invasive procedures for renal masses.
6. Update on central nervous system management in VHL.
6. Clinical trials in VHL patients: What have we learnt so far?
