  • Call someone just to tell them you care.
  • Forgive someone and move on.
  • Give thanks for the good in your life.
  • Praise those around you for their accomplishments.
  • Sing along to your favorite song.
  • Visit with someone wise so you can learn from them.
  • Focus on positive thoughts;
  • Let anxieties float away like feathers on the wind.
