Quick Start Guide

ClinicaHealth is now . . . Inspire Logo

** Note 28 April 2008 - The implementation of the new version of Inspire has introduced some new look and feel aspects which some people are finding confusing.

Inspire has assembled two documents to help us make this transition.

If you have questions or points of confusion, please don't hesitate to ask for help! It's not you -- there are things they have not explained well. We are working with them to make it better, and your comments and questions will help them understand where the problems are.

Please write to beth at inspire.com, or file a help request at https://www.inspire.com/help/ Both VHLFA and Ins;ire want you to be happy and comfortable in the new system!

Thank you! -- Joyce and Gale

AOL Help

On April 19, 2008, AOL released a securiy "feature" that removes the display of images or links in e-mail messages. This was both a security and a performance feature, but it significantly changes the behavior of messages like those from Inspire.

When you look at the message from Inspire, you will notice that the images are not filled in, and when you click a link nothing happens.

In the screen image below, note the yellow bar at the top of the message. AOL gives you the option to "Enable links ... for this message ... or ... always for this sender.

Click on "Always for this sender". The pictures should now appear, and the links will work.
