Returns - Refunds - Shipping

Most transactions are Donations. We will be happy to rectify any errors made in the donations process. Please contact us with your concerns. +1-617-277-5667 x 4, or office@vhl.org

Goods purchased (e.g. tee shirts) may be returned within 30 days as long as they are in re-saleable condition.

Goods are usually shipped within 2-4 business days via postal service or UPS. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact office@vhl.org.

Conference registrations are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, less a small cancellation fee (usually $20). If you cancel later than two weeks prior to the event, we have already incurred charges on your behalf, and are unable to refund the registration fee. Another person can certainly attend in your place.
